Our brokerage division facilitates physical transactions of fats, oils, and related agricultural byproducts by connecting qualified buyers and sellers while remaining independent of title, custody, and operational control of the commodity.

Scope of services includes:

• Identification of creditworthy counterparties

• Bid/offer negotiation and price discovery

• Contract term coordination - AFOA (volume, quality specs, delivery windows)

• Logistics interface between shipper, receiver, and carrier

• Market intelligence on regional supply/demand dynamics

We do not take physical possession, assume ownership, or carry inventory risk. Our role is limited to transaction facilitation and coordination, ensuring efficient execution while reducing friction between trading partners.

Compensation is commission-based and transparently structured with either buyer, seller, or shared arrangements depending on transaction structure.
